I bought coins or the Ad-Free Pass but didn't receive them
Open the Shop, go to the Coins tab and tap Restore Purchases. This re-checks your App Store purchases and applies anything missing. Coin packs are consumed on purchase, so if a pack was delivered before and spent it cannot be restored; the Ad-Free Pass can always be restored. If a purchase still doesn't appear after restoring, email us with your App Store receipt.
How do I remove ads?
The Ad-Free Pass (one-time purchase, in Shop → Coins) removes the ads that appear between rounds. Optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for coins remain available.
How do I change my leaderboard name or country?
Open the side menu (☰ button on the title screen) to change your username and country.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all local progress. To remove your leaderboard entry from our servers as well, use Reset All Data in the side menu (this also wipes local progress), or email us with your leaderboard username. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Progress didn't carry over to a new device
Game progress is stored locally on the device and is not synced between devices. Your Ad-Free Pass can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID.
The game freezes or an ad gets stuck
Force-quit the app and reopen it; your coins and progress are saved. If it keeps happening, email us with your device model and iOS version and what you were doing when it happened.
