Privacy Policy
Ringer: Horseshoe Toss ("Ringer", "the app") is made by 20 Wells Games ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. Ringer does not require an account, login, email address, or any personal details to play.
1. Information the app stores on your device
Your game progress (coins, cosmetics, campaign progress, achievements, settings) is saved locally on your device. It is not uploaded to us, and it is removed when you delete the app.
2. Information sent to our servers
We use Supabase (a hosted database service) to run the global leaderboard and to collect basic, anonymous gameplay analytics.

Leaderboard and analytics data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and protected by access rules so that other players cannot read it. We retain it while the game is operating.
3. Advertising
Ringer shows ads through Google AdMob. Some ads are optional rewarded ads you choose to watch for in-game rewards; others appear between rounds unless you purchase the Ad-Free Pass.
To deliver and measure ads, Google may collect device information such as the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking when the app asks), IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, device model and operating system, and information about how you interact with ads. If you decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt, ads are still shown but are not personalised using the advertising identifier. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. In-app purchases
Coin packs and the Ad-Free Pass are sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details, name, or address. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy. We record only that a purchase of a given product occurred, so that we can restore it and understand the game's economy.
5. Children
Ringer is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided a username containing personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
6. Your choices and deleting your data
- Leaderboard: open the side menu to change your username and country. Reset All Data (in the side menu) deletes your leaderboard entry from our servers along with all local progress.
- Ads: buy the Ad-Free Pass to remove forced ads, and manage tracking permission in iOS Settings.
- Everything: deleting the app removes all local data. To have any remaining server-side data deleted, email us at the address below with your leaderboard username and we will delete it.
7. Third-party services used

8. Website: launch notifications
If you enter your email address in the "nudge me" box on our website, we store it in our Supabase database together with the date, so we can email you when a new game launches. We send nothing else and never share the address. To be removed, email us at the address below.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
